If you鈥檙e new to New Zealand, you will probably hear a few words or expressions that you don鈥檛 understand. Like all countries, we have words that are unique to New Zealand and aren鈥檛 used commonly or at all in other English-speaking countries. Even native English speakers from other countries find that some of our vocabulary sounds quite foreign.
